Production Flow
MG’s production process relies on advanced automated lines for precise manufacturing (including consistent painting) and skilled technical workers to oversee quality at each step. Our standout painting process: 5 total coats (3 primer, 2 surface) for high hardness up to 2H, imported ingredients to prevent fading/yellowing (plus strong weather resistance), Grade 1 flatness/fullness, over 95% glossiness post-polishing, and ultra-neat single-side lacquer edges. From material processing to final testing, the streamlined production process ensures both efficiency and steady product quality.
 | Every panel is equipped with a unique QR code—this serves as the panel’s “digital identity card.” When our workers scan the code, they can instantly access key information about the panel, including its precise dimensions, the corresponding order details, and even which specific cabinet it belongs to. This smart traceability system eliminates ambiguity in the production process, directly ensuring zero errors during manufacturing. |
