Our utmost goal is to deliver service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. MG provides a one-stop solution, taking care of every step from job-site measurement all the way to installation. Whether you’re just beginning to explore the possibility of a project or you’re ready to take the plunge, learning more about our custom cabinetry workflow is always a valuable step. On this platform, you’ll find insights into our collaborative design approach with you, plus a breakdown of the steps that transform your conceptual ideas into a fully installed cabinetry system.
Quality is the cornerstone of MG Cabinets—we treat it as the very lifeblood of our products. To uphold this commitment, we’ve built a rigorous quality control system that leaves no detail overlooked: from each individual panel (tracked via its unique QR code) to every finished cabinet, and across every order we fulfill, we ensure the highest quality standards are met at every step.
01 Before Production
As a critical pre-production quality control measure (consistent with MG’s rigorous quality standards), we advise clients to perform a final jobsite measurement to verify all dimensions outlined in the design drawing. This double confirmation eliminates potential errors from initial measurements. Post-confirmation, we will adhere strictly to the approved drawing for cabinet production, laying a solid foundation for the zero-error manufacturing process that follows.
02 During Production
Building on the solid foundation of pre-production measurement confirmation, we rely on three core pillars to drive production: scientific management systems, advanced manufacturing equipment, and standardized production technical processes. These elements work in synergy—not only to ensure we meet the required production scope (whether for small-batch custom orders or large-volume projects) but also to maintain consistent product stability. This aligns seamlessly with our in-process quality controls, such as panel QR code traceability (which tracks each component’s “identity” to avoid errors) and multi-stage inspections, further reinforcing that every cabinet meets MG’s high standards.
03 After Production
To ensure every cabinet meets MG’s strict quality standards, we conduct a comprehensive quality check via cabinet assembly after production. For orders requiring assembled packing, our QC team will double-verify two key aspects: the dimensions of each fully assembled cabinet (ensuring alignment with confirmed drawings) and the quality of every individual panel (from paint finish flatness to structural integrity). For large-scale flat packing orders, we adopt a targeted inspection approach—we assemble representative cabinets, including both standard-size and special-size models, to verify overall quality. If any defects are identified during this process, we will re-produce the problematic components or cabinets immediately, and re-inspect until the product fully complies with our QC standards. This post-production check acts as a final quality barrier, complementing our in-production safeguards (like QR code traceability) to deliver flawless products.
